Q1: How do I place an order?

  1. Select your item: On the product page, check the details and price, then click “Add to Cart.”
  2. Proceed to checkout: On the cart page, enter your customer information, shipping address, and payment method.
  3. Confirm your order: Review all details and click the “Place Order” button. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
  4. Payment & shipping: Shipping costs will be listed in the confirmation email. Please click the payment button in the email to complete your payment. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.

Q2: Do you offer international shipping?

A2: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will receive an email with the shipping cost after placing your order. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Q3: How can I pay?

A3: We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods. The payment instructions will be included in the confirmation email after your order.

Q4: Can I cancel or change my order?

A4: Orders can be cancelled or modified before payment is completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes. Orders that have already been paid for and shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q5: Can I return or exchange items?

A5: We accept returns and exchanges only in the case of defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for reasons related to customer preferences or condition judgments on artworks.

Q6: Do I need to pay tax?

A6: Domestic purchases within Japan are subject to consumption tax. For international orders, Japanese consumption tax will not be charged, but customs duties and taxes in your country may apply.

Q7: Is it possible to view the works in person?

A7: Yes. If you wish to visit the museum or see specific works in person, please use the contact form to specify your preferred date and the work(s) you are interested in.

Q8: Are all products available online?

A8: Some works may only be viewable or purchasable onsite. For special or limited edition items, availability may vary.
